Rajiv is a passionate and driven leader. He thinks on a very large scale and challenges his reports to do the same. Rajiv looks after his staffers and is supportive of their career growth. I cannot think of anyone who is more infused with technological awareness. He intuitively knows what is out there and how it can be used to support the business needs at hand.
As Head of Technology Operations at COXnet (now Cox Media Group), Mark reported to Rajiv. He subsequently became Technical Program Manager, Datacenter Deployments at Google.
