Rajiv is one of the most inspirational leaders and visionaries I have ever had the pleasure to work for. I worked as a consultant supporting the analytics efforts of his team in Product, Design and Engineering while he was the Chief Technology and Product Officer at WSJ. During that time, I helped support his team by generating product insights using data and analytics to help optimize product performance and understand user behavior in order to increase user habits and product stickiness. I also helped in the measurement and tracking of OKRs - a key performance initiative he was leading that gained company-wide adoption.

I saw first hand Rajiv’s passion and commitment to continually share his vision for the team, his desired impact on the organization, and his mastery of bringing different teams together. It was so clear the impact his leadership style - compassionate and motivational - had on his teams, fostering collaboration, idea sharing and team togetherness.
