Rajiv is a servant-leader that leads by example. Rajiv is one of those rare leaders that is able to be both a strategic thinker and highly technical, while still remaining approachable. I was fortunate enough to work for Rajiv at two different companies (Condé Nast and News Corp) and in both cases he brought together existing teams, quickly understood the technology landscape, and created a new vision. One of the things that made Rajiv so effective is his genuine interest in people. Rajiv believes in building strong relationships between teams and using technology to solve problems. Those two things, combined with his extensive industry experience and ability to create followership, have enabled his teams to do some incredible work.
